Ramblin' On
My Grandmother passed away Wednesday. We had been expecting it. She had been awful jaundiced and the Dr. said that when the liver goes it will be quick. And it was. She went peacefully in her sleep. She was 89. She lived a good, long life. She was the last of my Grandparents. I have no more now. I was also named after her. And the circle of life goes on.
College football season is slowly winding down. My Sooners have only 2 more games left. It seems like yesterday that I was getting antsy for the season to start. They need to play more games. It's just not long enough.
Everybody has been sick here. In Oklahoma, if you don't like the weather, stick around 5 minutes. It will change. Well, yeah! No wonder everybody is sick. It's 50 degrees one day and 80 the next. Go figure!
Do you ever wonder why God with all of his miracles that he does; why He can't just skip the teenage years and let us go from like, 12 on into the 20's? My son, I just don't understand him. He's 19 now. Was I like that when I was his age??? Oh my! My poor mom.
Please go and visit my renter. His articles are good reading. He's my very first renter. Tell him forgivenforever sent you.
Well, I guess I'm all talked out now. And again, my husband would argue with me on that one.
